Do you take insurance?
Yes, we do! We are currently an in-network provider with Kaiser. As our practice grows, we will add more insurance companies, so please check with us if you do not see your insurance provider listed here. We also offer competitive private pay rates and will provide you guidance for submitting for out-of-network reimbursement. In some cases, the out-of-network reimbursement covers the full cost of therapy so we always recommend checking with your insurance to determine your benefits.
We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), in addition to credit/debit cards for all out-of-pocket expenses.
Do you provide therapy in a clinic?
We provide services in clients' homes and online. At Clearview Speech & Language we know that both children and adults learn best in their natural environments, where they spend most of their time. This is why we provide our therapy services in the exact place our clients will be using their newly acquired skills. We are also excited to provide therapy online, so clients can access quality services from the comfort and convenience of their homes.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Sometimes a doctor’s referral is needed for an assessment. Each insurance plan is different. Please contact us to determine if a physician referral is needed prior to beginning services with Clearview Speech & Language.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee.
